Inside Line Promotions – ELDON, Mo. (Aug. 29, 2018) – Seth Bergman is fresh off a top-five result at Lake Ozark Speedway, where he will race this Saturday and Sunday during the 9th annual LOS 360 Sprint Car Nationals.

Bergman tackled the oval last Saturday, placing second in a heat race before advancing from seventh to fifth place in the main event.

“There’s a big race at Lake Ozark Speedway this coming weekend so we wanted to get one last night in there since we didn’t have anything going on with the ASCS National Tour,” he said. “We’d have loved to win the race, but to move forward and get a top five was solid and it was beneficial to get more laps there.”

Bergman has finished in the top five during all four starts, including earning a win, at the track this season, giving him momentum entering the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour presented by SawBlade.com doubleheader this weekend.

“Confidence is key in racing and we have a lot of confidence in our team as well as racing at Lake Ozark Speedway,” he said. “If you can put yourself in position for top fives consistently the wins will come. We’ve won at Lake Ozark earlier this season so that’s our goal this weekend.”

Bergman enters this weekend ranked second in the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour championship standings. He is only 59 points out of the lead with nine races remaining.

Bergman ranks second in ASCS National Tour wins and he is tied for second with 12 top fives and 19 top 10s.
