Inside Line Promotions – ELDON, Mo. (July 24, 2018) – Seth Bergman earned his eighth triumph of the season last Friday during an ASCS Warrior Region event at U.S. 36 Raceway.

Bergman maneuvered from fifth to second place during a heat race, which garnered enough points to make the feature redraw. He pulled the second-highest number – seven – to start the A Main on the inside of the fourth row.

“We had a good race car,” he said. “You have to have a good car to win any race with any series. We were able to maneuver through the field and park it on the frontstretch at the end of the night, which is always the goal.”

Bergman took the lead on Lap 8 as he powered to his third ASCS Warrior Region win of the season.

The weekend concluded the following night at Lake Ozark Speedway, where Bergman won a heat race after starting third. He then finished where he started – second – in the main event.

“Miles Paulus did a good job out front and we weren’t able to find a way to the lead,” he said. “We put ourselves in contention and that’s all you can ask for.”

Bergman’s runner-up result was his 21st top five of the season and his 14th podium of the year.

He is scheduled to compete this Saturday at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, before returning to Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour presented by SawBlade.com competition on Sunday at Mason City Motor Speedway in Mason City, Iowa.

Bergman enters Sunday’s event ranked second in the ASCS National Tour championship standings.
